SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders will be shipped via UPS, FEDEX, or similar services unless specified otherwise by the customer. Shipping quotes are estimates only and may vary from actual shipping cost. Drop ship is available at $3.00 per location. All orders of general stock items will be shipped within 2 business days. We will notify you within 2 business days if the item is out of stock. For all PO Box addresses, we will ship with USPS. We cannot guarantee an estimate delivery time frame when shipping with USPS. Once shipment leaves our facility, the package is out of Pure Fiber’s control and we will not be liable for any lost/in transit packages.

FOR CANADA CUSTOMERS

All orders will be shipped with USPS unless specified otherwise by the customer. We cannot guarantee an estimate delivery time frame while shipping with USPS. Once the shipment leaves our facility, the package is out of our control and we will not be liable for any lost/in transit packages. We are not responsible for any duty taxes imposed on the package.

Below is just for your reference only:

• If shipping to New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Labrador, and Nova Scotia, HST (Harmonized sales tax) is 13%. For items CAN$20 or below, there is no HST or duty.
• Typical GST (Goods and services tax) is 5% of items being shipped.
• If shipping to British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec and Saskatchewan, applicable rate of sales tax for the province in which the goods are delivered.
